I've got a job, and two of my friends have a lover... :/

Its true, I finally got myself a job and I couldn't be happier. It isn't an awesome place to work, but its a fun environment and almost everyone who work there is friendly. Its Tim Hortons. Meh, think what you want but I like it there.

I have also started a MapleSEA account much to the disagreement of my friends. I would join JMS, but I just don't feel like translating from Japanese.

And last but definately not least, Aaj and Shayne have a 56 year old teacher who thinks they are cute. Bleh. I don't want to explain it, so if you want to see the three emails that I have received in their names, please comment on this and leave your email address. They are dirty, and one of them contains a link to a pornographic website that this teacher owns and operates.

Well, it certainly has been a busy time since my last post and I hope it keeps at this pace from now on.

Bubye.

More lack of updates; more events to post about

Once again, I'm sorry about my lack of updates but I've been busy. Not much news from school but more news about my personal life. Well, I guess you could call it that.

After months of submitting resumés at different locations, I finally got a job interview ^_^!! Well its not a stellar place, it was the only response I had recieved thus far so I went to it. When I got to the Tim Hortons I felt like I was going to shake out of my skin. I was soooo nervous. Then the manager took me into her office and asked me a bunch of "if" questions. After the interview, she talked about a bunch of stuff for like ten minutes before she said, "I'm going to hire you." I was ecstatic!! My training starts on Nov. 1st and goes for three days. I hope this job is a good one.

Just another day

It's been pretty quiet so far today and this weekend. Over the weekend I managed to level up twice in Maple Story, so now I'm level 20. I also got 6 hours of community service at Lyola House, serving food. It wasn't too bad though since I knew most of the people who were helping. Mr. Olson was there too and I happened to get his table :-).
This Shayne thing kicked up again this morning with Stephen approaching me and saying that we needed to talk. All he wanted to know was if I had mentioned his mom at all during this. I didn't though. It was Shayne who brought Stephen's mom into it. At least Stephen understood and he had a talk with Shayne.
Well enough about that "stuff", apparently Eric is now going to be serving food in the caf for a bit at the beginning of lunch. That means he gets free food! So now I want to help out too. It also makes me worried about eating food that Eric handles. I guess I'll just wait a bit before going into the caf to buy anything. Meh, as you can see its been fairly quiet so I'll update again tomorrow. Oh yeah, and I'm staying tonite to work on the paper!!

I took action

Remeber from the last post how I said that I had to make a difficult decision, well I made it. I've decided to quit hanging out with Shayne and Eric. Shayne had caused me too much emotional pain in the past and I still don't feel that I could ever trust him again. There is a problem though. Shayne didn't seem to get the message, because in my last class he was talking to me like a friend. I really don't know what I'm going to do about this.
If anyone has any suggestions they would be most appreciated. Just leave a comment.

School starts again...

Well, its that time of the year again. You know, when you have to wake up in the morning and go to school. Anyways, its been an alright first couple of weeks considering I have two fun classes. In fact I'm writing this in my Communications class.

I'm currently trying to start a school newspaper with the backing of some friends and teachers. It should really take off after the Terry Fox run which will take place at our school today. After that we should have enough content to run our first page. It will most likely begin with one page highlights, and then branch into several pages complete with pictures and articles.

I had to make an incredibly difficult decision today. Whether to quit hanging out with Shayne and Eric, or stay with them and possibly get hurt again. I have no clue as to what I'm going to do about this. I feel bad about leaving Eric, but I don't want to hang around with Shayne anymore after what he did to me in grades 8-9. I think I'll have to spend lunch with just Eric and explain why I can't hang around with him anymore. At least I have another group that I might be welcomed into. Stephen said that I can come over there anytime I want, so I'll just take him up on it.

Uhh, I'm getting a knot in my stomach just thinking about everything I have to do today. I'll just take a deep breath, and prepare for a big change in my friendships...

Catch Up

Yeah, I know. I haven't updated in a few weeks so this will sum up what's been going on.

Well, I went to Wonderland, with Steven, and it was awesome. I love rollercoasters! I went on: Dragonfire, The Italian Job Stuntrack, Tomb Raider, Thunder Run and other rides. It was soo fun. I wish I could go back...

My novel has had a MAJOR overhaul and the story has changed completely. So basically, it's a brand new story. The inspiration came from the song "Killing in the Name of" by Rage Against the Machine. It's going to be kind of a Sci-Fi, horror, thriller thing about a corporation that has enslaved all of humanity by injecting them with a serum that controls their thoughts and actions against the company. There is this one guy who has always had a mind of his own, and he goes through the facility that he is told is a cool tour. The story unfolds from there. I know what else happens, but I don't wanna tease you too much. Please, email me with suggestions and comments about my story @ heatherhall@sympatico.ca I would really appreciate it.

I have discovered a band that I really love. As I had mentioned before it is Rage Against the Machine. The music has a kind of rap/rock feel and the lyrics have a message. I really encourage you to check them out. You may know that their music has appeared in The Matrix (Wake Up) and The Matrix Reloaded (Calm Like A Bomb). If you want to hear their music, but don't want to buy a CD, email me and I'll send you a good song (Killing in the Name of). I will warn you though, there is some swearing in a few of their songs. Not mild swearing either, words like, f@#k, S#!t and you know the rest. Here's a link to the lyrics, so you know what you're getting into: Click Here!!

Well I think that's everything. I swear that I'll try and update more often, but I always forget =D.

My (Hopefully) Novel

Yeah, it's true. I've started work on a novel, or at least a couple chapters. It's kind of an ancient Japanese war story about a girl who believes her family to be dead. It starts off in an encampment the night before a battle. It then takes you through the battle and we'll see if the young 15 year old fighter survives. I really want it to take off. The working title is: The Night of Forgotten Souls. I'm not even half way through the first chapter and I just started it so when it's done I'll post it chapter by chapter. But it might just end up being a long short story. HA! We'll see.

Going to Wonderland

Yeah, we've had tickets for a while now but we're going next Monday for sure. I've never been on a rollercoaster before, so I'm hoping that I won't be the type of person who gets sick on those kinds of rides. I really wanna ride a rollercoaster, but no one in my family likes rollercoasters! That's why I can't understand why the hell we're even going. Well my Mom doesn't mind waterslides and if she's feeling alright, she's gonna go on ONE rollercoaster with me. I really want Steven Weeks to come, but my Dad never bought him a ticket. I guess he could buy his own considering that we're gonna bring our own food so he won't have to buy anything. I'm going to wait and see what happens. I can get my Mom to understand that it's more fun at those places if you bring a friend, so I'll talk to her later. I'll let you know how it turns out.
